Shipping policy

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Upon order confirmation, all orders will be processed in 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for this information to become available. 

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once the order is dropped off, any delays or incidents are out of our hands. If you haven't received your order within 14 days of shipping confirmation or if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at mainstreetthieves@gmail.com 

In the event an incorrect address is entered when purchasing a product and associated shipping label is scanned by USPS or UPS for shipment, the client will be responsible for any cost associating with generating a new shipping label to the correct shipping address.
