Refund policy

Due to the limited quantities of our products, we cannot guarantee inventory for an exchange. We highly recommend referencing the sizing chart on the product page for measurements of our tees. If something does not fit correctly, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right. You can reach us at MainStreetThieves@gmail.com

If you would like to return an item, please reach out to us so via email so that we can send you the return address. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed. Refunds will not be given on initial shipping charges.

If we made a mistake with your order or your order arrives damaged, please let us know within seven (7) days of the package delivery so we can quickly correct the situation. After seven (7) days, your order will be ineligible for a return or replacement. For your item to be eligible for a replacement or return, the item must be unworn and unwashed.

We are not held responsible for packages lost by USPS or other delivery services. Once we drop off the package with the delivery service, it is out of our hands.
